Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the role are outlined below:
Planning
- Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy for the accounts, covering where (geographical), when (roll out plan), how (support plan key accounts)
New Business
- Deliver against agreed new business targets as agreed with Head of GBEUUS
- Identify, target and close key new business opportunities in new exciting accounts
- Ensure all opportunities are captured and reported within Pipeline Deals (CRM system)
Retention and Growth
- Deliver retention and growth targets for agreed account base through account servicing and plans, analysing pipeline / reports to identify issues and opportunities to action
Visibility
- Maximise on brand visibility at point of choice and point of consumption in accounts
Training & Advocacy
- Deliver required training to core accounts to ensure they bring the JING purpose to life in outlet
- Act as brand advocate in key meetings / at key events to enable business growth
Reporting
- OTIF delivery of all agreed reports including utilisation of pipeline deals and KAM reporting
Experience & Competencies required:
The JING Business Development manager is expected to have the following experience and competencies:
Education
- Educated to degree level
Experience
Strong experience in sales / business development within premium/luxury F&B brands
- Experience in high-end hospitality channel & premium/luxury products
- Relationships with multiple site HORECA groups and chef network
- Experience of winning with hospitality stakeholders
- Track record of profitable sales growth
Strong new business track record
Skills
- Proactive self-starter.
- Confidence to network and represent a luxury brand with external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to inspire and engage across a wide network.
- Strong commercial approach.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- A true foodie with a passion for F&B
- EU Language skills an advantage.

Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary of £40,000 - £44,000 depending on experience
